▒▓███▓▌ mobile games. Maybe some guys out there think they ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ will come out with the next Street Fighter hit, or ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ maybe they think the device has evolved enough to ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ support that gaming genre. ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ Well, Kung Fu is yet another one that bites the ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ dust. What you get here is a ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ game with well made graphics (really not any worse ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ than any video game), and horrible animations. The ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ character's movements are quite strange, since most ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ moves take only one or two frames. This lack of ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ graphical continuity leads to some weird looking ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ character movements, resembling some kind of ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ freaking cocaine-addicted hamster or something like. ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ There are some sounds too, although nothing really ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ interesting to hear. ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ You can choose between 8 characters, so you'll take ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ some time to know them ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ all, and play with each one. Maybe this leads you ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ to play the game, twice or three times... ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ The game commands are quite odd - you use ALL keys, ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ from 1 to 9, to walk back and forth, jump, block ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ and attack (with 2 different buttons), so ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ simplicity and usability doesn't seem to be ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ something the designers have cared about. ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ Kung Fu offers you three different game modes - ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ Tournament, Arcade and Practice. Although it offers ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ three different difficulty levels, I ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ wasn't quite able to beat many opponents, even in ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ the easy mode - and when I did so, it was just by ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ pressing the 'attack' keys time and time again. What ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ a lame I am! ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ After all, Kung Fu is no better than some old tries ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ (like the old Kung Fu you can find on some Siemens ▐▓███▓▒
▒▓███▓▌ phones, except for the graphics). ▐▓███▓▒
