improvement for yourself! Antialiasing has been enhanced, soft shadows are
smoother, and much more.
So how fast is faster? Well that depends on your scene of course, such as
exactly how many hairs you are rendering, how soft the hair is (Hair Depth
value) and so on. Typically you can expect at least a 25% speed boost, and
if the wind is blowing in the right direction you'll get close to a 100%
speed-up! When it comes to animation, the new version will save you hours
of render time!

and easy effects have been reworked to provide the most natural look yet.
