The software converts AVI(*.AVI) file into MPEG-1/2.
What's new in version 2.01:
∙ Fixed bug : If a movie is encoded under the condition that "1" is set
for Quantize matrix of non-intrablock, block noise were produced at
heavy motion scene.
∙ Fixed bug : audio was not encoded properly if L3E.EXE was used as
external encoder.
∙ Fixed bug : Some of TMPGEnc Project files (.tpr) were not able to be
opened through VFAPI.
