█▓█         authenticity verification" then check it                        ██▓
█▓█         by pressing "alt+i" and "Bam" you will get                      ██▓
█▓█         this "Invalid or corrupt authenticity                           ██▓
█▓█         information"                                                    ██▓
█▓█         so here is  a working one with AV fixed                         ██▓
█▓█         This is true, by testing the authenticity                       ██▓
█▓█         verification of an archive created with ANY                     ██▓
█▓█         cracked (non retail)                                            ██▓
█▓█         version of WinRar, you will get this message.                   ██▓
█▓█         This is due to any archive created with WinRar                  ██▓
█▓█         including a                                                     ██▓
█▓█         cryptographic hash of the archive which cannot                  ██▓
█▓█         be faked.                                                       ██▓
█▓█         All that CHiCNCREAM have done to make this                      ██▓
█▓█         "working" is to remove the (completely                          ██▓
█▓█         legitimate) diagnostic message                                  ██▓
█▓█         from WinRar, making  WinRar accept the                          ██▓
█▓█         authenticity verification of ANY archive                        ██▓
█▓█         (corrupted or not). They have                                   ██▓
█▓█         effectively just removed the Authenticity                       ██▓
█▓█         Verification feature of WinRar altogether.                      ██▓
█▓█         To test this:                                                   ██▓
█▓█         1.                                                              ██▓
█▓█         	Create an archive with CHiCNCREAM's release                    ██▓
█▓█         (i tested with the command line rar.exe) by                     ██▓
█▓█         using:                                                          ██▓
█▓█         		'rar a -av C:\test.rar C:\test.exe' where                     ██▓
█▓█         test.exe is the filename to add to archive                      ██▓
█▓█         2.                                                              ██▓
█▓█         	Open the archive created (supposedly with                      ██▓
█▓█         authenticity verification) in any non-cracked                   ██▓
█▓█         version of winrar                                               ██▓
█▓█         3.                                                              ██▓
█▓█         	Hit alt+i to test the authenticity                             ██▓
█▓█         verification and you will see the same message                  ██▓
█▓█         they supposedly fixed                                           ██▓

█▓█         Also, their setup has problems, with their                      ██▓
█▓█         winrar.exe not working on any machine of the 3                  ██▓
█▓█         i tested it on.                                                 ██▓
█▓█         The DiGERATi release is one small patch,                        ██▓
█▓█         which writes the regkey file and patches both                   ██▓
█▓█         the winrar.exe and rar.exe files.                               ██▓
█▓█         Also, the DiGERATi release will work on any                     ██▓
