MP3 Blaster32 is an MP3 player that includes an MP3-to-WAV decoder as well
as a WAV-to-MP3 decoder. Other features include scrolling ID3 tag support, a
VU meter, volume control, and MPEG info displays. Version 1.40.46 adds a new
Windowshade mode as well as full playlist support. Version 1.51.255 now
features the ability to play WAVs, MIDIs, MP3s, and several other supported
file types. The encoder and decoder have list support for batch encoding and
decoding. Also, there is now an Update Playlist feature, lower CPU usage,
and skin support is available to change the interface's look and feel.
