The Coastal Engineering Manual is the modern replacement of the Shore
Protection Manual, the basis for coastal engineering practices in the U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers and most standard engineering projects throughout
the world. It incorporates contributions from worldwide
experts/practitioners and latest research techniques, procedures, and
information.
CEM is the personal computer version of the CEM and is a fully interactive,
multi-media resource, containing programmed formulas, live/interactive
graphs, and animated visuals. CEM is a Windows 95/ 98/ 2000,NT, or XP-based
CD-ROM document that incorporates all the tools and procedures used to plan,
design, construct, and maintain coastal projects. CEM is a comprehensive,
state-of-the-art guide including the basic principles of coastal processes,
methods for computing coastal engineering planning and design parameters,
and guidance on how to formulate and conduct studies in support of coastal
flooding, shore protection, and navigation projects. The CEM provides
broader coverage of all aspects of coastal engineering than the SPM. New
sections are being added on navigation and harbor design, dredging and
disposal, structure repair and rehabilitation, beach restoration, wetland
and low energy shore protection, cohesive shores, risk analysis, field
instrumentation, numerical simulation, the engineering process, and other
topics.

drivers, just press ok
After installation unzip crack.zip into the installed directory,
overwriting the uncracked CEM.EXE

Due to the nature of our releases Dongle, FlexLM experience is not really
necessary ... We are looking for crackers who are willing to look
at following protections: Serials (keygens), RSA/Blowfish, VB/Realbasic,
VBOX, Softlock, cdilla, Softlocx, time-trial, nags, cripples, ...
If you are tired of working on (cad)cam apps, which nobody uses, you might
want to consider joining us and produce cracks for applications that
are actually being used :-)
I am a Dongle/Flexlm cracker, so I am not welcome in SCOTCH ?
Wrong. We do have a regular supply of dongle/flexlm apps, and a professio-
nal testerbase who can ensure proper testing of your cracks.
Your skills will also be used to fix donglecracks by other groups, this
way you will become the hero of the end-user community, for which we
release.
What does SCOTCH have to offer ?

Our heartfelt sympathy goes to our DOD comerades, who in a
far distant past used to be our brothers in arms. Apparently the
FBI has put a higher priority on the fight against piracy, than
