I downloaded this from alt.2600.crackz just as it is.  After passing a virus check, I ran it and found that it runs a patch on the MNYOB99.DLL  which is located  at  C:\Program Files\Microsoft Money\System\MNYOB99.DLL  (on my machine).   My install was set to expire in April. So, after running the patch, I set the date to October....the program ran without any problems!  I don't know who cracked this thing, but they have my sincere gratitude!
