Genesis.v8.2.Installation.Guide

- Run install.bat to start setup the application.
- Selections:

* Source ................................. CDROM
* Name (click mouse on this button) ...... app_gen
* Version (click mouse on this button) ... v82a1
* O.S. (click mouse on this button) ...... v82a1

- Click mouse on "Load Installation Plug-in" button.
- When Popup Message displays about "Is this a Server or a Client installation?", select Server.
- Select your Destination (option)
- Select mode is Standard
- Click mouse on "Start" button to starting the installation.
- Accept license infomation.
- When system ask for serial number use sx0397b10011 for this request.
- YES when Administrator privileges are require for performing.
- Install DSD dongle driver with 32 bit option then exit.
- Select YES to Install license server.
- Source License File is N84A0-3406-0000-00AD (included on CD), install it.
- Set your up User Name and Password, Group Name MUST BE "genesis" wo/quote
- Do not install SCO XVision 7
- Install Xmanager 1.3 (included on CD:\x_manger) with sn# is 010603-110001-001104
- Set the below info for ENVIRONMENT VARIABLES In User Variables

* Variable name: HOME / Variable value: C:\USER
* Variable name: TEMP / Variable value: C:\TEMP
* Variable name: TMP  / Variable value: C:\TEMP

- Reboot PC.
- Start Xconfig from Xmanager 1.3.9, select "Do not Use XDM(Passive)" in XDM tab, apply and exit.
- Start Xmanager.
- Start Genesis.
