  Going Postal is an email filtering program, for use with America 
  Online versions 3/4/5, and Windows 95/98.
  Going Postal contains four configurable lists: 'Never Filter', 
  'Always Delete', 'Allowed', and 'Not Allowed'.
  The 'Never Filter' and 'Always Delete' lists are for email 
  addresses and domain names. The 'Allowed' and 'Not Allowed' 
  lists are for words or phrases.
  The scan is non case sensitive, options are available to filter 
  out 'runtogether' words. Multiple words or phrases such as 'GET 
  RICH QUICK' are also supported. 
  Whenever new mail is read, Going Postal first checks the mail 
  address against the 'Never Filter' list. If a match is found the 
  filtering stops and the next piece of mail is filtered. If a 
  match is not found the 'Always Delete' list is checked. If a 
  match is found the mail is deleted.
  Going Postal then filters the mail by scanning the mail for 
  selected words/phrases. When a word/phrase in the 'Allowed' list 
  is found the mail is not deleted and the next piece of mail is 
  filtered. If no words/phrases from the 'Allowed' list are found 
  the mail is then filtered for words/phrases in the 'Not Allowed' 
  list. If a word/phrase from the 'Not Allowed' list is found the 
  mail is deleted.

  Just unzip, unrar, and install the program. Then run crack.exe 
  where you installed it.
