  Explorer. There's no longer a need for those "Explorer-like"
  FTP applications, when you can use Explorer itself! You may
  even forget that you're looking at files on a remote FTP site. 
  Internet Neighborhood is the premier FTP shell extension for 
  Windows 95, 98 and NT.
  
  Features:
  - Upload your web pages with ease, using simple drag and drop. 
  - Restart disconnected/broken file transfers.
  - Transfer complete directory structures to and from a remote 
    FTP server.
  - Connect to your favorite FTP sites with the click of a mouse. 
  - FTP Site Wizard provides easy FTP site definition and 
    configuration.
  - Directory caching lets you browse FTP sites without being 
    connected.
  
  New in v4.01:
  - Fixed: Minor bugs in the Site Manager dialogs.
  - Fixed: Bug which would cause Internet Neighborhood to crash if 
    you were to right-click on the Internet Neighborhood icon on 
    your desktop, then select Properties, then wait for 30+ 
    seconds without doing anything.
  - Fixed: Bug which would periodically cause the FTP engine to 
    hang if you were to cancel a download on certain server types.
  - Fixed: Bug which would cause IN to trap if you were to disable 
    all of the Caching, close down the Properties Dialog, then 
    immediately return to the Caching dialog to re-enable caching.
  - Fixed: Bug in the the Registry Helper class that would cause  
    Internet Neighborhood to crash under Windows Whistler.

     Lots of exciting things happening here in ORiON. In September we had
     our 2000th release which is an amazing milestone that very few groups
     reach. Also, we had many ex-DQF members merge into us making our group
     even stronger. Things have been going great in the year 2000 for ORiON! 
     We have become the most successful cracking group this year and continue
     to be the top releasing cracking group in the scene.
