MB-Ruler helps you to measure distances and angles on the screen.
The ruler is almost transparent, so you can have it on the screen,
while you are working with the applications below.
Additionally it has a screen loupe function, a RGB value window and
you can place temporary points, lines, rectangles, polylines, texts
and bitmaps as markers on the screen.
For software developers MB-Ruler has remote interface to modify its
position and angle and receive its data.

MB-Ruler hilft Ihnen, Abstaende und Winkel auf dem Bildschirm zu
messen. Das Geodreieck ist nahezu transparent, so dass Sie es am
Bildschirm haben und gleichzeitig mit den Programmen darunter
weiter arbeiten koennen. Zusaetzlich hat es eine Lupenfunktion, ein
RGB Farbwert-Fenster und Sie koennen Punkte, Linien, Rechtecke,
Freihandlinien, Texte und Bitmaps als Markierungen am Bildschirm
darstellen. Fuer Software-Entwickler gibt es die Moeglichkeit,
MB-Ruler ueber ein remote interface zu steuern und die gemessenen
Werte auszuwerten.
