Install notes: 
Double click on the file: "ImportERAccess 1.4.1.Crk.exe" and apply the patch 
in the Program directory or browse the target file. 

ImportER Access allows you to Import Access databases and
generate a DeZign project file / entitiy relationship diagram from it
for  most  leading  databases. The project file can then be edited 
or the target Dbase changed

This is a great program and is worth the $70 the author asks for it.
