FreeSpace is the revolutionary new way to get more hard drive space.
It is designed for Windows 95 and NT 4.0 (NTFS partitions only) to
dramatically increase hard drive space by letting you selectively
compress files and programs, and in Windows 95, optimize hard drive

Step #1       Install da program

Step #2       Make sure the files to be patched (see below) are the
              correct ones. They should be since Mijenix has released
              only one version to date.  File Date does NOT matter but
              the File Names and File Sizes must be EXACT!!

       Filename : FSCtx.exe
       File Size: 98,304 bytes
       File Date: Same as installation date

       Filename : fsbrowse.exe
       File Size: 272,384 bytes
       File Date: Same as installation date

       Filename : frespace.exe
       File Size: 254,464 bytes
       File Date: Same as installation date

       Filename : fs32.exe
       File Size: 72,704 bytes
       File Date: Same as installation date


Step #3       Unzip the McPatcher (hm_fs10.exe) from the McZip and
              into the directory (folder) where you installed the
              program. Actually, you can put it anywhere on your
              system as long as you correctly browse to the program
              directory when prompted.  Now just give those double
              arches a nice double McClick and you'll be presented
              with a McWindows interface.

Step #4       Read the dialog boxes, follow the prompts, click, click,
              click, etc.

Q: What exactly does a patch do? 

A: Patches the program executable.  Patching is process   
   that involves changing the value of some of the program
   bytes in a way that "neutralizes" or bypasses the      
   program's protection.  In this particular case, the    
   patcher changes many bytes in 4 different executables. 

Q: Why is this patcher so McFuckin' big compared to others I've used?

A: The patch was created using the RTP patching engine   
   for Win32 modules. It's a true Windows program and    
   it contains it's own DLL file (the DLL code).  Also,  
   this patcher contains code for many options not used  
   in this HappyMeal Helper, but it's there all the same.
   I wasn't able to EXE-Compress the executable because I
   couldn't McCrack the compressed DLL.  Finally, it's
   really 4 patchers in 1.  Is that enough excuses for you?

Notes: DO NOT expect this patch to work on ANY future versions of
       FreeSpace.  It will only work for version 1.00, that is !!!

       It works ONLY on version ONE, UN, EIN, UNO.

          amalgamated code, tips, Hex addresses, cracks, registry hacks

What is it:  On the fly file compression similar to the
             traditional Stacker and DoubleSpace type of
             programs, BUT....allows you to *SELECTIVELY*
             compress and decompress individual files,
             directories, directory trees, entire drives
             without mounting a virtual drive or rebooting.
             Negligible performance degradation.  Cool!
