▀███ hynm (Have you new mail?) is a program for checking for new messages on
your mail server. Hynm places its icon in "system tray " and perio -
dically checks remote mail server.
Features
· Works with Windows95/98, Windows NT 4.0
· Unlimited number of mailboxes
· Separate configurations for different Windows' users
· Supports finger, pop3, imap4 protocols
· Sends crypted passwords via APOP (pop3 protocol) and AUTHENTICATE
CRAM-MD5 (imap4 protocol) commands
· Shows headers (From, Subject, Date, To, Cc, Reply-To), size and
several (configurable) first lines of the message
· Decodes MIME-compliant headers and message body with support of
recoding of national character sets, now only for Cyrillic cp1251
(Windows) and Cyrillic KOI8-R (Unix)
· Deletes messages directly on the mail server without downloading
them to the local computer
· State of each mailbox may be showed by separate icons in the system
tray
· Reports about new mail arrival by
