installation:
1. Install/update Kerio Mailserver with
rpm -Uvh kerio-mailserver-mcafee-5.7.3-rh7.i386.rpm
when upgrading, errors like "conflicts with file from package ..."
can occur, therefore use --force to force the upgrade :
rpm -Uvh --force kerio-mailserver-mcafee-5.7.3-rh7.i386.rpm
2. Copy patch to the installation directory
(usually /opt/kerio/mailserver)
3. Run patch .. or if it doesn't, compile patch.c yourself with
gcc -o patch patch.c
4. Copy license.key file to the license directory
(usually /opt/kerio/mailserver/license)
