Using MP3 Recorder is very simple. The main dialog box is divided
into three main sections, Input, Noise Reduction, and Output, as seen
below.
The basic operating principles of the LAPSAudio Direct MP3 Recorder
are simple. In short, the audio source is chosen, the noise reduction
is setup and enabled (or disabled), the output is chosen, and the
start button is pressed. As the audio is processed and/or converted,
several useful pieces of information are displayed in the bottom bar
and elsewhere.
During a recording, the Noise reduction can be switched on or off by
clicking the Enable NR checkbox, and it can even be changed by
clicking the NR Setup Button.
Also, the auto-flash and auto-pause can be turned on or off and also
configured (under the Config menu) during a recording session.
Starting in Version 2.2, the background image can be changed, and
files can be opened and closed for output while recording.
Please Note, When Input is stated, it is the input audio signal to
the LAPSAudio that is being referred to. And output means output from
the LAPSAudio processor. This output can be either a file, such as an
MP3 or WAV and/or the output can be the speakers of the computer.

Copy tsrh-lapsadmp3r22a.exe in programm dir and run it. In
registration
dialog enter any serail code and programm will be registered.
