▀ DESCRiPTiON ▄
Teachers Personal Information Manager is a personal
information manager designed for teachers. Its main
function is to provide a user-friendly interface for
saving, displaying, and extracting information. TPIM is
database driven and saves information on Daily/Weekly
planning, Registers, Grades, Pupil notes, post-its,
calendar of events, incident reports, seating plans, and
timetabling. It can be used with a single or dual timetable
and any number of terms per year.
Version 1.3.11 includes new incident report facility,
allows for any number of school terms to be used, and user
shortcut menu is now fully hierachial.
TPIM includes:
Any number of terms - Single or Dual timetable setup,
Weekly and Daily planning sheets, Register Grades and
Information sheets for each class, Seating Plan for each
class, Calendar of Events, Post-it Notes, Alarm scheduler.
and Incident Reporter The database may be password
protected and automatically backed up after every use. Data
may be extracted to MS Word/Excel for manipulation and
printing.
