this one. The Program is Neuro-Programmer Version 1.0 and the keygen is by 
rumble/pootz

Download application installer at 
http://www.transparentcorp.com/downloads/NP1_setup.exe

Install, Run application, click on Help / Registration

Use keygen to generate unlock code. 
(Enter a name, copy the registration code provided to you by the application 
using the copy to clipboard button, then an Unlock code, labeled "Registro" 
in the keygen will be generated.)

The button labeled "Gerar" at the bottom of the keygen is apparently "generate"
