A SavedGame giving you access to all of the areas of the game.
Unlocks:
All 21 Tracks
All 9 Car Classes
All 3 Models of the 3/4 Midget Car Class
All 3 Models of the Modified Car Class
All 3 Models of the Sprint Car Class
NOTE:
The above content is available in all applicable Arcade Modes.
Championship Mode of Arcade Mode does not allow 6 of the Car Classes,
which is by game design (it only permits use of the 3 Normal Classes).
FYI, the "Modified Dominator" Car is our favourite. He rules like TNT!
Career Mode does not have unlockable content. Yes you do need money to
buy new cars and upgrades in that mode. But the content is not actually
locked. You are supposed to earn cash from races to use to expand your
empire of cars and drivers. If you want unlimited cash, then use a
trainer or go find some cheat codes. This is only an unlocker, not a
money cheat.
By the way, to have unlocked all of this content on your own, you would
have needed to completed over 100 races, may of which have 20 or more
laps. Needless to say, that could literally take DAYS (if you made no
mistakes and came in First Place on the first try every time).
So be glad for this kick-ass unlocker from a non-webthief group.

1. Always make a backup copy of your game file(s) first:
save_data\unlock.dat
2. UnRAR the archive to your game directory, overwriting any existing files.
Always unRAR with full paths!
3. At the Main Menu, select "Arcade" and then choose any Mode.
