AutoShutdown is a system tray utility which allows automatic shutdown
of your PC. A user can configure their system to shutdown after a period of
inactivity (no mouse or keyboard activity detected). A predefined time for
each day of the week may also be selected, so AutoShutdown can turn off your
system if you leave it on at the office after you have left for the day or at
home after you have gone to bed.

NOTE: If you have AutoShutdown installed you must
do the following:
1.) Uninstall the program, then
2.) Double-click the enclose .reg file and click OK
when asked.
3.) Re-install AutoShutdown. It will find the registry
information and become registerd.
