File Waste is data on your computer's hard drive which is not needed.
Fresh Start Professional scans for three main types of file waste.
╖File Filter Waste
This scan is the most powerful and common type of file waste
scanning. It searches using specific searching criteria (filtering).
File Filter waste is determined by folder location, filename
structure, file size and binary structure (file contents).
╖File Age Waste
This scan finds files with either a created, last modified, or last
accessed time stamp that exceeds a user defined period. Windows tags
each file with these time stamps, so it can be easily seen what files
are being used and which are just consuming diskspace on your hard
drive.
╖Duplicate Waste
This scan searches for duplicated files and folders. Duplicated Waste
is another commonly ignored factor in diskspace consumption. Fresh
Start Professional finds Duplicated Waste based on specific matching
criteria including time stamp and file size.

> Fixed Bug which would list disabled categorie's files to be listed
in other categories (ie. Disabled Internet Explorer Cache would list
list a majority of the files in this category in the Application
Temporary Files category because the filter searches for. tmp files.
> Fixed bug in safety wizard that allowed safety checks to incorrect
change the safety percentage (ie. Increase would sometimes decrease a
files safety percentage, if the file was already at 100%).
> Fixed bug that reported size of tagged files in the Tag Wizard
incorrectly.
> Fixed bug which did not entirely reset all values on the scan
report when a new scan was performed.
> Fixed bug that failed to load common control update script.
> Fixed bug that caused application unique filters to match in other
scan filter categories where they should not have.
> Changed File Filter Application Debugging Information File to no
longer having its safety % reduced by Windows Folder safety check.
> Changed Disk Defragmenter Application Logs to no longer having its
safety % reduced by matching it with the Text File Filter.
> Changed mIRC, Napster, Scour Exchange File Filters to no longer
have its safety percentage % reduced by the Program Files safety
