Description:

ImageConverter is a tool for easily working with image         
collections. It is a extension for your Windows explorer       
popup menu. Using ImageConverter, you may convert one or more   
images with one mouse click or from command line. Image zoom    
is supported too. You may also add a preview of selected image 
to Windows explorer popup menu. ImageConverter supports six    
graphics formats: JPEG, GIF, TIFF, BITMAP, PCX and TARGA.     
ImageConverter allows you to copy an image file to clipboard   
without opening the file or set selected image as wallpaper   
on your desktop as centered, tiled or fit to screen or desktop. 
By using the "Image page wizard" feature you can create new    
images containing the thumbnails of many selected images.
