    This is an easy to use yet powerful recipe manager and database. All 
    recipes are immediately visible and in alphabetical order when the 
    program first opens. The recipes are to the left of the main window 
    while the details are to the right. Most frequently used features such 
    as recipe scaling, category filtering and portioning have been placed 
    within easy reach on the main window.  Unit list, Ingredient list, 
    Category list, Glossary list & Substitution list are all editable to 
    allow for utmost customization of the database. Unique to ProChef Plus 
    are features such as smart fractioning, single/multiple serving 
    printing, portioning calculator, a total yield generator and a plate 
    creator. This program has also included other useful features such as a
    Conversion Calculator, configurable backup and restore, and an import 
    and export feature.
