WinCron is a Windows (Win32) application which uses the system time to schedule tasks and reminders.
The tool is very powerful and can be used virtually any type of unattended task management.
There are many things you can do with a Cron tool, but I find it most useful for doing 'nightly builds' of software, performing disk defragmenting and
sending delayed e-mail.
The timer engine in WinCron is designed such that WinCron works well for either background tasks or Reminders.
(A reminder is a dialog box that pops up at the appropriate time(s) to reminding you of some event.)
