coded.
It's not only an autotrader but also dupechecker,
rls-packer (new since v3.60), rls-search, rls-fxp, ftp-gui,
news-checker, update-checker, irc-client, pre-engine,
spread-engine...

- fix: siterules->wizard fixed for new "SEC XYZ" feature
- fix: text search in viewer delivered a wrong line number
- new: improved fxp speed
- new: improved pal/ntsc skip (region free release)

- fix: removed my multiread, single-write locking due to

- fix: a minor bug from yesterdays build (stoped trading

- fix: nuke detection on 2nd+ site was ignored
- new: you can name sections now like "TV GER" or
"TV ENG". Anything at space will be ignored
internally just as with "TV-1" where -NUMBER is
ignored

host) wouldn't save it
- new: config->Rls-Ticker/Trade -> Skip fxp if a busy
site could finish fxp before. Means the
engine will not use that site to fxp a file if the
calculated time it will take to do that would be
longer than useing a currently busy site
that it would still be finished earlier (including
with its current job) + enetered seconds. Hard to
explain, if you didn't understand leave it as
its set by default and it will speed things up.
