True Launch Bar is a superior replacement for the standard Quick
Launch bar. All functions presented in Quick Launch are also
available in True Launch Bar. True Launch Bar is fully compatible
with Quick Launch since it uses the same folder for its shortcuts.
Still, there is one huge difference, True Launch Bar allows
combining your shortcuts into groups, which appear as popup menus.
This vastly improves your shortcut management capabilities and saves
work space on your desktop. By using True Launch Bar, you speed up
launching your applications as never before.
True Launch Bar offers many flexible settings. You may configure it

Zameni originalni tlb.dll onim iz ovog zipa. Neki ce mozda imati
problema sa ovim. Evo par nacina da zamenite taj dll. 1) Pokusaj
odmah da kopiras ovaj dll preko originalnog 2) Ako to ne radi,
restaruj racunar, NE STARTUJ TrueLaunchBar nego zameni dll pa onda
mozes da startujes 3) Ako ti ni ovo je uspe upali TaskManageri neki
fajl menadzer osim Explorera (recimo Total Commander), ugasi sve
explorer.exe procese, i drugim fajl menadzerom zameni dll.
Replace original tlb.dll with one from this zip. Some of you might
have trouble doing this. Here are few ways this can be done.

First as first get your cell phone and send following SMS to
+381643099301: "Nikola te voli! :) Just kidding :) You dont have to do
that :) Though i would appreciate it :) 1) Try to replace dll 2) If
you cant replace them (gives you write error or something), then
restart your computer, DON'T start TrueLaunchBar, replace tlb.dll.
Now you can start TLB 3) If this fails too run TaskManager and some
file manager except Explorer (maybe Total Commander), end all
explorer.exe processes, replace dll with that other file manager.
