1) Install the game... don't play it yet.

2) Go to subfolder "Program Files\Yahoo! Games\Cubis Gold 2". (may be different in some installs)
     There you'll see the file "cubis2.exe". 

3) Replace this file with the cr@cked one (overwrite original). 

4) Start the game... and ENJOY the FULL version.

Girlfriend loves Cubis.  Found Cubis 2 on Yahoo.  Spent an hour looking for the crack.
No warez site had it listed.  Finally found it here http://deluxnetwork.com/member/?b=20&m=1099742725.
