Your PC clock needs only some corrections per month. The program
woks so: it starts when you load your system and exit immediately if
this day synchronization already did. If there was not
synchronization today it checks Internet connection, tries to
synchronize PC and exits after synchronizing. So the most of time
this program is not be working and does not use resources of your
computer! The synchronization takes place in auto mode while you are
getting mail ore reading WWW page.
______The program is very reliable. You can set valid days period for
correction. If the correction was not possible during this period the
program sends a notice to you. To be sure to have exact time the
program test Internet synchronization delay and make correction of
receiving time according this delay. There is a delay limit
properties. If the delay of time receiving exceeds this limit other
attempt of synchronizing is processed. The log strings shows the last
connection status. We use very reliable time source: Time Service
Department of U.S. Naval Observatory. It is official Source of Time
for the Department of Defense and the Standard of Time for the United
States.
______Unique feature: Time Offset option let you set your PC clock
little ahead or backwards (some users need such feature).
______Summary: You do nothing. The program does not use you computer
most of the time. But you have always rite time of your PC clock.
