... Wheatworks Software's Home Buyer's Calculator Suite is designed to help
you make sound financial decisions regarding the purchase of real estate.
The Home Buyer's Calculator Suite was created with a very simple
development philosophy in mind: Software should be easy to use, highly
functional and visually attractive. While the Home Buyer's Calculator
Suite is very easy to use, use the help file for information which may
allow you to enjoy it even more!
Home Buyer's Calculator Suite contains nine different calculators: a Quick
Calculator which offers quick and simple answers to questions about basic loan
variables, a Mortgage Qualification Calculator which offers the maximum loan
amount and payments amount based upon the housing and debt ratio you enter,
a Loan Spread Calculator which offers a two-dimensional grid of payment
amounts, a Loan Amortization Calculator which dynamically displays the results
of changes in payment amounts against principal, an Estimated Closing Costs
Calculator, a Refinancing Calculator which helps you discover the potential
value of refinancing a mortgage, a Rent vs. Buy Calculator which can help you
determine whether renting or purchasing a home is your best option given your
particular financial situation, and a Biweekly Payment Calculator which
determines the amount of time and money a home buyer can save by making
biweekly mortgage payments.
An easy-to-use menu system allows you to quickly navigate the different
features of Home Buyer's Calculator Suite.
The calculators are user-friendly and all operate in the same fashion.
One enters value in the white edit boxes. The results of all calculations
are determined and displayed in the yellow boxes immediately after an edit
box value changes. All results are automatically updated as you change the
values in the white edit boxes!
A row of buttons sits at the top of Home Buyer's Calculator Suite. Based
upon their usefulness at any point in time, these buttons are enabled or
disabled to indicate their availability. These button allow you to access
Home Buyer's Calculator Suite's Menu of calculators, print results of your
calculations, reset the calculators to default values, center the popup
calculators, access this context-sensitive help system, choose a particular
calculator from the Main Menu, and exit Home Buyer's Calculator Suite.

First run MFD99.exe to enusre that the release has not been tampered with.
Install the program using HBCsuite.exe included in this release.
Click on the register button in the title screen and enter following info:
