I have prepared for you "McAfee521.reg" file (see attach). When prog expires you have just to doubleclick on it. 
Note that you must to run the prog twice. 

If "McAfee521.reg"  doesn't work, then you must delete

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Network Associates\ECare\LM\FDX5-KAA]
 handly.
