Register.exe was tried out on the Apex(Component1) TrueDb Reports OCX.
It possibly will work for the whole range.
After patching it, I just put any stuff in the key and it seemed to register it okay.
The OCX still works when the system clock is put past 30 days, and the nag dialogs are disabled.
