This program places a small window on your desktop which displays the
current time and date. In addition, it will "chime" every quarter hour,
counting the hours at the top of the hour. Chimer also is an alarm an
reminder program allowing you to set alarms, which repeat, and reminder
which don't. Both have a "snooze" option.
