│ will help you when Windows NT/2000/XP standard │
│ means of audit fail to provide sufficient │
│ information and the Event Log review does not allow │
│ getting the necessary information. O&K Print Watch │
│ allows you get the following information on the │
│ print jobs: Name of the user who created a print │
│ job Name of the computer that initiated the print │
│ job Date and time related information Number of │
│ pages in a print job Number of bytes in a print job │
│ Paper size Color mode used for printing Duplex mode │
│ information: one or two side printing The │
│ information on print jobs can be saved and viewed │
│ as a report later. Reports include print jobs on │
│ the particular workstation, print jobs created by │
│ the particular user and all users on all stations │
│ report. It is possible to remove the selected │
│ information once there is no necessity of keeping │
│ it. This is true both for individually selected │
│ records and criteria-based selections. O&K Print │
│ Watch allows total control over the print queue for │
│ all local printers. You can customize colors used │
│ to identify various groups of printers (e.g. you │
│ may wish to make printers on error show up in red). │
│ You can manipulate the print jobs in queue by │
│ selecting appropriate commands (Pause, Resume, │
│ Delete and Restart are supported). Furthermore, O&K │
│ Print Watch allows setting the default printer with │
│ just one click. O&K Print Watch is a very easy to │
│ use software allowing you to know who uses your │
│ printer, how many pages they print, when and what │
│ exactly they print on your printer. │
