Removes time limits and nags

Instructions: Just double click on the PATCH_EI.BAT file
              in the directory where you installed the
              program.  Patches EASYIC32.EXE. Just changes
              one byte. You can delete the three files after
              you're done patching: 1. patch_ie.bat
                                    2. patch.exe
                                    3. easyic32.mdf

Notes: The nag screen was the same screen used when you selected ABOUT
       from the HELP drop-down menu.  Since I nuked the nag screen....
       well, you can figure it out.  Clicking on ABOUT elicits no action.

Patched using MDiff for Windows patcher.  Thanks PC;-)
