█ The Advanced System Agent is a small but very efficient █
█ multifunctional utility designed to make your life easier. █

█ What Advanced System Agent can do for you? █

█ The full control of your Internet connection: █
█ Advanced System Agent allows you to easily establish an Internet █
█ connection by means of a build-in full-featured dialer. ASA can █
█ automatically launch one or more of your favorite applications after █
█ an Internet connection is established (such as a browser or your █
█ favorite email program). Using Advanced System Agent you can schedule █
█ your computer to automatically connect to the Internet, automatically █
█ redial lost connections, and automatically disconnect or disconnect █
█ when the traffic is too low. The "Keep alive" function prevents your █
█ ISP from disconnecting you due to the inactivity on your side. This █
█ and other connection-control features distinguish ASA from most of █
█ other known Internet connection programs. █

█ Monitoring the Internet connections: █
█ Have you ever found yourself wondering why some downloads seem to █
█ take an eternity to complete... or why your e-mail program seems to █
█ be stuck in the middle of the e-mail retrieval? Is it really hanging, █
█ or maybe it is just downloading of a large e-mail attachment? █
█ Advanced System Agent provides the answers to these and other █
█ mysteries at a glance. █

█ So what does ASA actually do in this case? Quite simple, it lets you █
█ see how much of your full bandwidth potential is actually utilized at █
█ any given point of time, either by displaying a real-time graph, or █
█ by a numerical display. It lets you actually SEE the data flowing! █

█ Advanced System Agent can also come in a very handy to monitor █
█ whether some dangerous unknown activity is occurring while you are █
█ online. How can you actually tell whether the data is being uploaded █
█ to your computer or downloaded from it while you are online? You get █
█ some idea of the data flow when you use your browser, email or FTP █
█ program, but what happens if some unknown application has installed █
█ itself and is sending or receiving data without you knowing about it? █
█ Obviously this is NOT something you want to think about, but █
█ unfortunately it happens to many people every day. The problem of █
█ Trojan's worms and other hidden files, which can raid your system █
█ completely in the background, is becoming more and more common. Back █

█ Advanced System Agent allows you to synchronize your computer clock █
█ with the Internet Atomic Time servers. The synchronization action can █
█ be performed on demand or automatically on specified periods of time. █
█ In automatic mode ASA checks for an established Internet connection █
█ and if there is no any, it can automatically dialup or wait till a █
█ connection will be established by the user depending on the program █
█ settings. ASA can synchronize correctly even if your daylight saving █
█ time (DST) settings are not correct. You can select any server to █
█ synchronize with from the built-in list of more than 100 time █
█ servers. You can also test the servers and choose the fastest one. █
█ ASA uses advanced techniques and protocols, which permit clock █
█ setting accuracy of +50/-50 milliseconds by means of a common modem █
█ connection to the Internet. While running Advanced System Agent you █
█ can always be sure that your computer clock show the exact time. █

█ Do not bother yourself checking all the e-mail accounts every day. █
█ Advanced System Agent can perfectly do it for you in the background. █
█ ASA can check unlimited number of the e-mail accounts, it can check █
█ for an active Internet connection and establish a one if needed █
█ depending also on the program settings. The new mail notification can █
█ be done by playing a sound, textual message or by automatic launch of █
█ your mail client. Besides this, you can see the mail messages headers █

█ the optimum size of the page file to reserve, thereby saving disk █

█ Have you ever happen to forget about something important while █
█ sitting besides your computer? Advanced System Agent will never allow █
█ you to forget about something again! ASA provides you with unlimited █
█ number of alarms with custom messages and sounds; you can set an █
█ alarm to play a wave file or to run an external application. You can █
█ easily disable or enable all alarms sounds by one mouse click. There █
█ are several convenient ways to add a new alarm using a popup menu, a █
█ keyboard shortcut and other. █

█ Shutdown manager: █
█ ASA has a build-in flexible windows shutdown manager, which allows to █
█ shutdown your system by a schedule or in a given time interval after █
█ startup (the limitation of working sessions). Using ASA you can █
█ finish your working session by only two mouse clicks, ASA can also █
█ automatically shutdown the computer after a given period of █
█ inactivity. This allows to completely automate many processes. For █
█ example, why should you spend your time to defragment the hard drive █
█ if this can be done completely automatically? To do this you only █
█ have to specify the time of the computer startup in Bios: let it be █
█ late at night, set Defrag program in the schedule mode for the time █
