    Willing Webcam can upload images from a web camera to any Web 
    site,store to local disk, both in cycle or on demand. It can also 
    broadcast live video from its own HTTP server to World Wide Web in real
    time, and it comes equipped with a motion detection feature which is 
    activated whenever something appears in your webcam's field of 
    vision.
    
    Willing Webcam lets you overlay two combined text, date and time 
    stamps, and one watermark, as well as offering various styles of live 
    video effects.
    
    Willing Webcam makes it easy create videos such as AVI movies, as well 
    as capture JPG and BMP images in an embedded photo album. The album 
    organizes your collected files and allows you to view thumbnails and 
    full images, and also play movies.
    
    * No annoying dialogs: change options and see what happens immediately.
    * May have translucent or transparent view.
    * An option to hide the program from viewing by others.
    * Watermark can be imposed on video with adjustable transparency.
    * Choice of date and time format and watermark picture.
    * Last saved mode shows last ftp uploaded or stored image.
    * Authentication and counting of connected users for broadcasting 
    available.
    * Album image viewer is equipped with edit functions for images and 
    video.
    * Hot actions function easily with a keystroke or two.
    * Status bar shows helpful hints at a glance.

    * Useful email features for HTTP server, motion detection, and album

    You can send email message immediately, with a live photo or with a
