First Install Flax v2.oo
Run Flax
copy the Flax ID & then close Flax program
Run Keygen
Enter Flax ID & your name
Generate Serial No.
Copy Serial No. & Exit(close) the Keygen
Run again Flax 
Inter/Paste your Serial No. into the field
and enjoy................
