BENTLEY.MicroStation.v8.09.02.52-SoS

1. Install Setup_Prerequisites_08.09.00.16_en.exe and reboot if necessary
2. Install MicroStation itself and reboot if necessary
3. Extract Patch.rar into \Program Files\Bentley\MicroStation\
4. Double Click patcher.bat 
5. Run MicroStation (it will ask for activation within 30 days), skip connection.
6. The new Microstation requires you to open a Microstation file to run. Use one of the ones in 
   \Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Bentley\Workspace\Projects\Examples
7. Run Licence tool from menu, "Utilities | Licence Management" 
8: It vcant find a Select Server, press OK. It asks you insert Select Server Settings, press cancel.
9. Now the window is the license management tool. 
   Choose "File | Import" and browse to license.xml in  \Program Files\Bentley\MicroStation\. 
   It should say "License Import Succeeded"
10."Failed to retrieve a list of available licenses" is a normal message. You dont need any.
