copy  the crack into the c:\jfw35  directory  and run.
then run jaws. 

for those who have no vision, put a shortcut  to your startup  menu  so it will run when windows comes up. 
or make a hotkey  to the crack and  bring it up before  starting jaws. 
hopefully  when the price  for screen readers comes down  so the blind who are on a limited  income  can afford  them, things like this won't be necessary.
