│ │ Secret Santa Name Picker is a program that helps │ │
│ │ families and groups │ │
│ │ match up individuals for gift exchanges like │ │
│ │ "Secret Santa" drawings │ │
│ │ with out the hassle of "drawing names from a hat". │ │
│ │ Participants are │ │
│ │ added to a list that includes their name, email │ │
│ │ address, gift │ │
│ │ suggestions or notes, along with individual or │ │
│ │ group exclusions to │ │
│ │ other participants that they are should not be │ │
│ │ assigned to. The │ │
│ │ program then calculates the drawing results and │ │
│ │ sends a personalized │ │
│ │ email to each participant notifying them of who │ │
│ │ they are a Secret │ │
│ │ Santa for. All or selected drawing result emails │ │
│ │ can be resent later │ │
│ │ if needed. The program also has a feature that │ │
│ │ allows sending pre │ │
│ │ and post drawing emails to the group. This can be │ │
│ │ useful for │ │
│ │ explaining the drawing before actually sending the │ │
│ │ results. Drawing │ │
│ │ results are automatically saved so that they can be │ │
│ │ used in future │ │
│ │ drawings as exclusions if desired. │ │
