   X-enforcer  is  the  easiest  windows  shutdown utility ever made. It
   gives  you  the  power  of  shutting down the computer at a specified
   time,  but  gives you more powerful control by giving you options for
   releasing  the  shutdown  effect at another time during the day. Each
   day  of the week can be programmed according to your desire. No dates
   are  involved so the weekly scheduling you set stays for the days you
   set  it  for  perminently until you set it differently. X-Enforcer is
   great  for  business  people who have a home PC that doubles as a fax
   machine  or who travel a lot. If you are waiting for a fax to come in
   late  at  night  while  you  are away on business for a week, but you
   don't  want your computer to stay on the whole time, you can schedule
   it  to shut off in the wee hours of the morning and to stay off until
   you  return  from  the  trip.  Parents  will also love X-Enforcer. It
   allows parents to basically disable the computer at a certain time so
   kids  can't get on it until the "Remove Restriction" setting has been
   met.  This  is  great for people who have "Latch Key Kids" who arrive
   home  earlier  than  thier  parents  from school. They can make it so
   their  kids  can't  surf  the  net until they get home so they can be
   supervised.  It  works  great  for  punishment  too. :) X-Enforcer is
   password protected so people cannot change it's settings.
