?and assessing when the application is ready to go live.
NOTE:
This setup package contains Test Manager v7.0, Issue Manager v3.2 and
SilkRadar v3.2.

1.A Segue license server is needed. If you have no license server yet,
install Segue SilkMeter first, which contains a license server.
2005-10-10 Segue.SilkMeter.v2.7-ZWT
2.Start Menu -> SilkMeter -> User Policy Administrator, then File -> Import
policy, use "SilkCentralTestManager70.pol" provided by us.
3. Launch SilkCentral Test Manager installer, point it to your license
server.
