Tracks resistance workouts, aerobic workouts,
body measurements, diet, supplement usage, and
notes Unlimited number of users/clients can be

measurements Fitness calendar gives you a
monthly view of your fitness activity View and

After using it for a few days, PTW will
automatically show you progress notes each time
you use it Progress reports and charts can be
saved, so you can email them to your clients
Analysis tool can help you figure out why your
progress rate changed. See if a new diet,
routine, or supplement really works! Entire
database can easily be backed up PTW can even
be configured to run against Sql Server 2000,
MySQL, or PostgreSQL for true multi-user

Resistance Workouts
Tracks up to 2 workouts per day, per client/user
Your favorite routines can be saved and reused,
so you don't have to re-enter them every time
you do a workout A routine can be a single
workout, 6 weeks worth of workouts, or whatever
you want If you print a routine, a place is
left for you to write in the amount of weight
performed for each set, so you can enter it
into PTW later. Your routines can be exported,
allowing you to share them with others. Add
your own exercises, or rename the existing ones
Includes a 1 rep max calculator to help you
estimate your 1 rep max, based on a certain
number of reps and amount of weight performed
Chart or Report your strength progress for any
exercise Workouts can be entered on your PDA
