                   E.C.S   (Elderly   Care  System) has been 
                   designed    in     collaboration    with  
                   professional   Nurses  & Care  assistants 
                   to  bring  modern  technology  into your  
                   home.   The   system   takes  care of all 
                   your  residents' information from A to Z. 
                             
                   E.C.S    has   been   designed   to   be  
                   very   "User  Friendly".  At  the  heart  
                   of  the  software is a very   intuitive   
                   graphical    user   interface, allowing   
                   anyone    (even    with    limited    I.T 
                   knowledge) to use the system. 
                             
                   To   keep  your residents files secure, a 
                   password  screen  protects  the system in 
                   order  to control who  has  access to the 
                   software and who hasn't. 
                             
                   For   ease   of   use,   the software has 
                   three  main sections,  each  divided into 
                   different  screens, with  each  of  these 
                   screens divided into tabs. 
                             
                   E.C.S   can   be fully networked to allow 
                   multiple workstations   to  be  
                   connected    to    a   central  database. 
                             
                             
                   The   "Employees   Screen"  keeps  track  
                   of   your Employees   details,  holidays, 
                   qualifications, roster... 
                             
                   The   "Office   Screen"   allows  you  to 
                   setup and change   any   system  
                   settings    such    as   users  account,  
                   reminders,   rooms  details,  auto logoff 
                   feature... 
                             
                   A   very   detailed Help file is supplied 
                   with   the  system   and   is   instantly 
                   available   by   pressing  the  "F1"  key

                   Reminder    screen    to    remind   any  
                   birthdays,   assessment    to  do,  diary 
                   events  happening today. Auto    logoff   
                   feature.   (The   system   will 
                   automatically   log  off the current user 
                   after  a  preset   number   of  minutes)

                   access level Auto backup of your 
                   databases    Automatic   Dependency  and  
                   Waterlow  assessment   (With  scores  and

                   resident.  Portfolio  for  each  resident 
                   can   contain   up  to  twelve   photos,  
                   documents,  X-rays... Full Care

                   Care   Plans  (Each  care   plan  can  be 
                   adapted to suit the needs of the 
                   resident).  Risk  assessment. Pressure

                   Before    starting   work  on  E.C.S,  we 
                   contracted  a  thorough   market research 
                   and  one  of  the  results which  became  
                   very   apparent  straight away was, that  
                   only  a  very limited number of 
                   commercial    software    products   were 
                   available  for Residential   &   Nursing  
                   Homes.   If   you   have recently   been  
                   looking   around,   we   are  sure you'll 
                   know what we mean. 
                             
                   To   those   available  packages, some of 
                   them  were not   practical,  others  were 
                   not   very   "user  friendly"   and above 
                   all,  most  of them were very expensive ! 
                             
                   So,   in   order  to  be different and to 
                   lead the way  into  software  
                   development   for  the  Care Industry, we 
                   produced E.C.S ! 
                             
                   By   choosing  E.C.S,  you centralise all 
                   your  home information  into  one  secure 
                   system    (no   more  lost   paperwork),  
                   improve   the service provided by  having 
                   all   the  required  information  at  the 
                   click   of   a   button   and improve the 
                   service   by   having    all   employees  
                   communicate   with   each other  through  
                   one  system.  And,  all  that at 
                   probably   the  lowest  price  available
