- Windows NT, 2000, XP: Provided a work around to a math error in
ntfs.sys. The symptom would be that the Analyze or Defragmentation
pass would appear to be stuck on a single file and not complete.
- Windows XP: Corrected a bug which was blocking the offline
defragmentation of drives where the cluster size was greater than 4K.
- Windows 9X: Fixed a bug in the enumeration of the excluded files in
the Statistics Notebook. Not all excluded files were being listed.
- Fixed a bug where the free space was being incorrectly calculated.
The symptom would be PerfectDisk would run out of free space and
stop prior to completing the defrag pass.
- Reset the default folder where Statistics and Schedule Query results
were being saved. The Microsoft requirement is that the default
folder be "My Documents" not the installation directory.
