** Update ** 24/12/03 (Last tested on NL 1.0 Beta 12)
** Added  ** Ability to kill off regmon after a pause.

 1. Edit the .bat file launcher, replace your windows username where it says so.

 2. Copy the regmon.exe to where your Newsleecher is installed.
    ** If you installed it elsewhere u have to edit the .bat launcher again.

 3. Put the wait.exe in your 'windows' or 'winnt' folder.

 3. Copy the .bat file someplace, newsleecher folder again will do.

 4. Make a shortcut to the .bat, you can use this to launch newsleecher.

 ** If you arent running windows XP some functions may fail.
 ** The reg.exe registry editor can be found on google if u dont have XP.
 ** Ignore not found errors, some things dont come back after first delete.
 ** Sometimes windows 2000 has kill.exe and sometimes not. If not, find it.
 ** If it fails to call wait.exe try moving it to your windows /system32.

 Clear the .tmp files from local settings temp
 Clear the registry data as stated in the .bat
 Run regmon.exe -o (so it doesn't log)
 Run newsleecher
 Close regmon =)

Now for those of you wondering what the hell is happening =D

In brief, Newsleecher is wrapped with Armadillo !?!?

Armadillo is a generic software protection scheme.
Basically, it uses many methods to stop u cracking software.
It is considered a fairly strong protection scheme.
However, the version used with Newsleecher is very new, so harder again.
Most crackers wont bother unpacking the program, the just work around it.

Armadillo stores backup license data all over the place.
We can delete the temp files, and some registry data that is easy to find.
But there is a last key that is beyond my skill of discovery =/

Now, Regmon is a program to check whats reading/writing to the registry.
Armadillo skips the last backup license key check when regmon is running.
Regmon is a known crackers tool so armadillo hides from it.
So we have a solution, while its running armadillo skips some registry access.

This is the best I can do without knowing assembly language and more.
Someone might have more time they can make a proper .exe launcher.

You could add timed pause, eg. 1sec if you find a way after launch NL.
Then "taskkill /IM regmon.exe", after a short pause..
This would allow the batch file to do everything itself and disappear.
It needs a pause or else it shuts regmon too fast and armadillo does its check.
