ActiveSkin enables you to change the visual appearance of your 
project's forms, providing you with skin (or look and feel) support. 
The ActiveSkin component is intended for use with: 
Microsoft Visual Basic 4-6 
Microsoft Visual C++ 5-6 
Inprise/Borland Delphi 2-4 
Now you can enable your programs to have:
nonrectangular dynamical windows, 
any kind of window captions, frames, client and non-client areas, 
transparency, 
soft shadows, animation, morphing, 
script language, and more. 
It's possible to have your program look like applications from any
OS or create your own user WinAmp-like "skinned" interface. 
You can use also freeware SkinBuilder application that is capable 
of editing and creating new skins. 

Cracking Procedure:
Copy the patch.exe file to the same directory as where the
ActiveSkin.ocx file is registered eg.(c:\windows\system). 
Run the patch.exe file in that directory and WOW no more splash screen.
