  The main purpose of Duax Pro is to sound an audible alarm 
  whenever an Internet connection is established or broken. It is 
  especially useful if you have more than one computer connected 
  in a local area network and sharing a single modem. Without an 
  audible alarm one of the computers (the ones without the modem) 
  might establish unintentional and unnoticed modem connections. 
  Optionally Duax Pro will play a sound at preset intervals to 
  remind you that the modem is still online, always or only when 
  the connection is idle, and when a maximum monthly time online 
  and/or a maximum monthly download limit is exceeded.

     Lots of exciting things happening here in ORiON. ORiON is proud to 
     announce that it was the #1 group over the entire year of 2000
     having more releases than any other group. In February we had
     our 3000th release which is an amazing milestone that only a few 
     groups ever reach. Also, ORiON turned 2 years old in February!
     We are now one of the best cracking groups of all time, and
     continue to be the top releasing cracking group in the scene.
     
     Things have been improving for the group as new members have been
     joining and new council have been appointed. We have a new webpage
     up so things are looking great for the group by the day. We would
     like to thank everyone who supports ORiON and thank past and present
     members for there hard work and dedication.
