     The foundation of every combat capable unit is based on the individual
     training proficiency and qualification of each and every soldier which
     comprises that unit. Unit officers and NCOs are responsible for knowing
     who specifically in their command's or unit's are not qualified or
     proficient at doing their primary wartime job or military occupational
     specialty (MOS) so that further training can correct the situation.
     VisSTT is a state of the art training management software tool designed
     to assist officers and NCOs with tracking and documenting individual
     soldier training proficiency and qualification for both Common Tasks
     and MOS Specific Tasks for all soldiers assigned to an Army unit and to
     provide that status information quickly and on demand. At a simple
     click of a button you can instantly see how many soldiers in your unit,
     squad, platoon, company, etc are qualified or not qualified for a
     specific individual training task and, if desired, print that out as a
     report. VisSTT also allows you to maintain extensive supervisory or
     "Leader Book" required information for each and every soldier assigned
     to a unit. An essential tool for every NCO or Officer tasked with
     soldier training responsibilities!

     Lots of exciting things happening here in ORiON. We just had our
     5000th release which is an amazing thing to achieve, and had been 
     done by only 1 previous group. We are honored to be one of the best
     cracking groups of all time, and to continue to bring the public our
     releases.
     
     ORiON is also about to have a birthday in February, turning 3 years
     old! We would like to thank everyone who supports ORiON and thank past 
     and present members for their hard work and dedication that they have 
     shown towards this group. Words cannot express how proud we are with
     all the time and effort our members have put towards this group. After
     3 great years in this scene , we hope to continue what we have always
     been doing, which is bringing quality keymakers to the scene. 
     
     After the recent busts in the scene ORiON is now a closed group. We will 
     no longer hold a public channel nor an email. If we do need new members
     WE will contact you.
