Installation Notes:

copy all files from the zip file to directory with bw.exe
(dafault is c:\program files\vso\bw\BlindWrite5\)
then run crack.bat
when the dialog window with patch appear, then click on the button patch

Notes:
The original bw.exe file is packed with upx.exe, so it is necessary to unpack
it for the first. the patch.exe will crack the unpacked exe file, and then
upx will pack the cracked file.
